The 3rd International Conference on Non-Communicable Diseases, entitled ”Health Risk Factors and Prevention of Injury and Disease”, is going to take place on June 05-07, 2019 in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.

This edition is being organised by the ”Nicolae Testemițanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy in the Republic of Moldova, in partnership with the University of Iowa, USA, the ”Ivane Javakhishvili” Tbilisi State University in Georgia, the Yerevan State Medical University after M. Heratsi in Armenia and ”Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca.

This is an excelent opportunity to invite our international and national partners, to bring together well-known senior experts and talented junior researchers to discuss new research, ideas, and approaches. We expect a lively exchange of information in all subjects related to prevention and control of non-communicable diseases and injury. Our hope is to foster collaborations and partnerships through our time

Areas of interest for this Conference include the following:
1. Non-communicable diseases and injury as a public health problem.
2. Non-communicable diseases and health risk factors.
3. Strategies for prevention and control of non-communicable diseases, traumatic injuries, and violence.
4. Promote international collaboration on non-communicable diseases and injury research and practice.
5. Role of health promotion and individual responsabilities.

Submission information
Participants are invited to submit abstracts for Oral Presentations/Poster Presentations
Oral presentations: Invited speakers have 30 min, and other presentations 10 min time (+5 min for discussion).
Poster presentations: The board size is ca. 80 x 120 cm.
• The abstract must be submited in good English.
• Abstract titles should be brief and should reflect the content of the abstract.
• Abstract should be not longer than ca. 2500 characters. The body of the text should be written single-spaced with no indentations. Use 12 pt Times New Roman font with 2,5 cm side margins.
• Abstract should be organised under the headings: title of abstract (capital letters, central position), the surname and the first letter of the name of the author (s), affiliation, introduction, material and method, results, conclusion. Do not include references and figures or tables into the abstract.
• The deadline to submit an abstract is March 03, 2019.
• All the abstracts will be evaluated by an International Scientific Committee.
• Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference abstract book.
