Alina-Ioana Forray, MD, PhD

Alina-Ioana Forray is a physician and researcher dedicated to transforming healthcare systems through evidence-based strategies and innovation. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, where she facilitates seminars for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Concurrently, she is a Research Scientist at the Center for Health Innovation, Babeș-Bolyai University. Alina acts as a strategic consultant for national and international stakeholders, including the World Health Organization. She is a Specialist Physician in Public Health and Management and holds a PhD in Medical Sciences. Her scientific excellence was recognized with the 2025 L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Award in Romania.
