Biography
Dr. Teodora Frățilă is an oncologist with a background in public health research, currently doing her PhD in the field of liver cancer.
From 2018 to 2025, she has been involved in maternal and child health interventions, namely the implementation of randomized controlled trials that used Motivational Interviewing for smoking cessation during pregnancy, as well as in conducting qualitative research. Teodora has practical experience in the design and testing of an mHealth app for pregnant smokers and is enthusiastic about seeing tech advancements integrated in healthcare.
Teodora’s skill set bridges patient care, research methodology, event management, and health communication with a passion for education. Her current focus is on clinical research in oncology, with a public health perspective.
