Marina Dascăl, PhD(c)
Research Assistant/Teaching Assistant

Marina Dascăl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Services and Policies and a Master’s degree in Psychology of Public and Clinical Health from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. With over seven years of experience, she has worked as both a researcher and a local grant director, managing the research and administrative aspects of international research grants. Her work has encompassed various domains, including m-Health, maternal and child health, domestic violence, psycho-oncology, nicotine addiction in the perinatal period, and art-based interventions in public health and psychology.
Furthermore, she is a participant in the nine-month Clinical Science Scholars program of Harvard Medical School and Semmelweis University, having been awarded a $5,000 scholarship by the Foundation for National Health Care and Medical Education (NEOA), as part of Semmelweis University’s public service scholarship program.
In 2023, she was recognized by Forbes Romania in their special edition called Forbes 30 under 30 Romania.
